压力



人会感到压力是因为对某件事信心动摇而内心感到不安而发,情绪也会因此而波动,向来信心满满的我今天是怎么啦 ?脑里乱成一团。。。


一直以来对情绪管理有一定心得的我,这一回不知怎么的压力了起来,可能是对自己的事业看不清前方而烦忧吧 !要尽快把这份压力化为进入另一个阶层的动力,停留太久就是退步的开始。打破心里障碍是我现在首要做的事 !此时,脑海里涌出一场激烈的拉锯战。。。


在网上找到这首取名压力的歌曲,虽然歌词没有我的心情,但却喜欢歌里的旋律及泰语的温柔的发音。好一段日子没听泰国歌曲了,虽然听不懂歌手在唱什么,但有华文字幕,看得明白,感动依然 !

瓶颈的前方即是出口处,暂时的停顿别让自己乱了脚步。好好沉淀后,再次出发。别让压力阻碍了拟定的方向。

There are time for war and there are time for celebration. Its a process. If process does not change it will always give you similair result. But if process give you a different result, then you may have a breakthrough. Hang on there.

世界上最快乐的人也有情绪起伏的时候,这本是人生一大常事,有时候天气和睡眠也可能是其中因素。

Can't write in Mandarine now thus choose to use English instead even it is not that good to express my view.

You can view stress as the medicine to keep yourself improve. However don't give up no matter what happen. Find a way to release stress and rejuvenate (but not to drunk ok..:P) then keep move infront.

Khoo, be cool man!Maybe you really need to take your times to finish Robin Sharma: The Greatness Guide 1 & 2...I am also not sure how many times I have been reading!

Do you remember this:God said "Do not fear" for 365 times a year!So you know how serious he is huh!Good luck.

不过,有爱好的人,应该比较容易纾解压力的。
